I think my favorite resource this year is the Art of Binding from Einat Kesslar. It's something I'll be able to refer back to as I make different journals and try different ways to bind them. Thank you, Einat!

Daleen, I LOVE this! I totally agree that courage isn't the absence of fear. It's feeling the fear and taking action anyway. There is a Georgia O'Keefe quote that goes something like - I felt terror every single day.
It's scary to step outside of our comfort zone, and every time we take a baby step out of it, we grow our resilience. 💗

There is something about making expressive art, art that helps you process your emotions, feelings, thoughts, and beliefs, that just moves that stuck energy out of your body.
It can be as simple as cutting squares out of a magazine and glueing them onto paper. Find a couple of words to cut out or make your own words by cutting individual letters.
