Returns:

 

 We accept returns for full refunds within 14 days of your order's delivery date. To initiate a return, please contact us via email at returns@misfitcrafter.com stating your order number and reason for return.

 Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging attached. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alterations will not be accepted for return.

 The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the item is damaged or incorrect due to our error. 

 Non-refundable items: Please note that some items, such as personalized items, made-to-order pieces, or perishable goods, may not be eligible for returns. These exceptions will be clearly highlighted on the product listings.

 

Exchanges:

 

 We happily offer exchanges for items of the same style in a different size or color, subject to availability. Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

 The customer is responsible for any shipping cost difference if exchanging for an item of a higher value.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

 

 In the unlikely event you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will gladly arrange for a replacement or full refund, and cover the return shipping cost.

 

Refunds:

 

 Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used within 7-10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

To ensure the highest quality and best fit for our customers, we craft many of our items to order or personalize them with unique details. Due to the nature of these items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

Personalized items: This includes items with custom engravings, monograms, names, dates, or other personalized elements.

Made-to-order items: These items are created specifically for you based on your custom requests, such as custom sizes, colors, materials, or designs.

Digital Downloads: Due to the nature of digital downloads, refunds are not available once the purchase is complete. Please carefully review the product descriptions and preview images before making your purchase. We're happy to answer any questions you may have before downloading.
