Misfit Crafter Loyalty Program: Full Terms & Conditions Eligibility: The Misfit Crafter Rewards program is open to all individual customers who sign up for a free Misfit Crafter Studio membership. Membership is not available to corporations, businesses, or for resale purposes, and is limited to one account per individual. Birthday Reward: Members who have provided their birthdate in their account profile are eligible to receive 100 bonus Stars once per year. A special email will be sent to notify you when the birthday Stars have been added to your account. To qualify for the current year's reward, your birthdate must be added to your profile at least 30 days prior to your birthday. Account Inactivity & Expiration: To keep your account active, you must earn or redeem Stars at least once every 6 months. If an account has no earning or redemption activity for 6 consecutive months, its entire Star balance will automatically expire. As a courtesy, we will attempt to send email notifications to the address on file, which may include a notice after 30 days of inactivity and a final reminder 14 days before your Stars are scheduled to expire. It is the member's responsibility to keep their contact information up-to-date. Returns and Exchanges: If you return an item, any Stars earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account balance. If a reward discount was used for the purchase, the corresponding number of Stars will be credited back to your account. Combining Offers: Unless otherwise specified, rewards discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers, sales, or coupons. No Cash Value: Reward Stars are not currency. They have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, gift cards, or credit. Program Abuse: Any suspected abuse of the rewards program, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts for a single user or fraudulent activity, will result in the immediate termination of the member's account and forfeiture of all earned Stars. Program Modification and Termination: Misfit Crafter Studio reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the rewards program at any time and for any reason, without notice. Changes may include, but are not limited to, modifying the earning or redemption rates, and the expiration policy of Stars.
