💛 Event Overview

Loaded Embellishment is a cozy, creative multi‑workshop and swap event where makers share quick, fun embellishment projects and connect through creativity. We’ll spend the day crafting together, learning new techniques, and finishing with a swap of our handmade embellishments.

🎨 Workshop Details

​

We’re filling 6 total workshop spots:

​

• Workshop 1 (9:30 AM Pacific): The thing we load up Workshop — teach how to make the container that will hold the embellishments (examples: envelope, folder, tag book, pocket folio). This project should include at least two load‑up items attendees can tuck embellishments into.

​

• Workshops 2–6: Embellishment Workshops — teach as many embellishments as you can fit into 30 minutes. Any craft style is welcome: junk journaling, scrapbooking, cardmaking, mixed media, etc.

​

Each workshop should include one worksheet for attendees to follow along 

Worksheets can be as simple as a preferred supply list, just measurements etc.

Workshops can be live or pre‑recorded — live is preferred, but flexibility is welcome.

💰 Speaker Compensation

​

• Early Bird Ticket: $35 Sales prior to Day of Event June 27th.

• Regular Ticket: $45 Any sale on or after June 27th

• We will also have a kit upsell you can earn commissions on.

• Kits will be $20 presale and $25 during and after the event. (shipping will be billed separately)

• Speaker Commission: 40% on all sales through your affiliate link

We’ll be hosting through HeySummit, where each speaker will have a full dashboard to manage their session, see sales, messages and more!

 

Your Speaker Page includes:

• Space for your intro video (introduce yourself and promote anything you’d like — free advertising!) Totally optional but high encouraged. 

• Links to your social media and website (as many as you would like)

• Access to your workshop details, materials, and affiliate tracking.

🔄 Swap Details

At the end of the event, attendees can sign up for a swap partner to exchange what they’ve made. They can sign up for more than one swap — and speakers are welcome to join too!
